Experience
- Recently planned and executed a 25 hour radio-thon for the Campus radio station, which raised money for local homeless shelters and halfway houses
- As a student intern, I played an essential role in the planning of the 2009 Q104 Hunger Strike. The goal was to raise enough money and food to feed 1004 families, and by the end of the event, we were able to feed over 3000.
- Created several press releases for the “Strike that Never Was” radio documentary which aired on CCKC radio. The 24 hour show was picked up by a television station and a national radio employment website

- Have had a full driver's license for over 4 years and have maintained a clean driving abstract.
Achievements
- An initiated member of the Alpha Gamma Delta International Women's Fraternity.
- 2005 Rotary Youth International Exchange Student: Traveled and lived in Austria with a German-speaking host family.
- 2006 Moncton Press Club Scholarship award winner
- 2005-2006: Had several articles published in Moncton's 'Time & Transcript' and "[Here]" Magazine.
- June 2006: Received the Riverview High School Co-Operative Education Award & the Riverview High School Journalism Award.
- 2007: Had photos published in the Dalhousie Environmental Society's Journal
